Can I get new card details?

If you suspect that your card details may have been compromised, you can request new details via the application. Tap on the specific card and select “Request new card details” in the “Card details” section - the old details will become unavailable, and we will reissue new details for your card immediately.

If you’re a Prime customer, you can request new card details up to 5 times within 30 rolling days at no cost. If you’re a Standard customer, you can request new card details once per month for free. A €1 fee will apply for any additional requests that exceed your plan’s limit.

Whenever you do update your card details, remember to also change them on running subscriptions to avoid delayed payments or fees from providers.
