If you suspect that your card details may have been compromised, you can request new details via the application. Tap on the specific card and select “Request new card details” in the “Card details” section - the old details will become unavailable, and we will reissue new details for your card immediately.
If you're a Prime customer, you can request new card details up to five times per month for free. If you’re a Standard or Plus customer, you can request new card details for free once per month. A €1 fee will apply for the reissue of new card details exceeding the plan’s limitation.
Whenever you do update your card details, remember to also change them on running subscriptions to avoid delayed payments or fees from providers.
