You can find the estimated delivery date of your card in the app. If you haven’t received your card by the end of this time frame, we advise you to:
Make sure your name is on your mailbox.
Wait a couple of extra days after the estimated delivery date (you'll find it in the app on your card screen).
Double-check your mailbox and check if a neighbour has received it on your behalf.
If you still haven't received it, inform us by tapping "No card yet". We will send you a new card and block the previous one.
If you're worried about someone getting a hold of your card while it’s still in delivery, rest assured that it can’t be used until activated in the app.
In case the first card you ordered arrives at some point after you ordered the second one, you won't be able to use it.
You can distinguish the cards by the 4 digits you find on your physical card and in the app. After we send a new card, the numbers in the app will change.
Depending on your plan, you are eligible for one free card re-issue within 6 or 12 months. For any subsequent re-issues, the fee will be charged according to your plan:
Vivid Prime (physical card)
1 free re-issue per 6 months
For each additional re-issue €9.90 + delivery fee (€9.90 for standard delivery, €24.90 for express delivery). Kindly note that the metal card is only shipped via express delivery.
Vivid Plus (physical card)
1 free re-issue per 6 months
For each additional re-issue €9.90 + delivery fee (€9.90 for standard delivery, €24.90 for express delivery). Kindly note that the metal card is only shipped via express delivery.
Vivid Standard (physical card)
1 free re-issue per 12 months
For each additional re-issue €9.90 + delivery fee (€9.90 for standard delivery, €24.90 for express delivery).
