How does Vivid contact its customers?

  • We have a chat service within our Vivid Money app.

  • We’ll only ever contact you via the email address you provided when you registered with us. All of our communication to our customers will always be sent from our domain - @vivid.money.

  • We may contact you by in-app push notification, by SMS or Whatsapp message.

An important reminder:

  • In case of any doubts or suspicions, ask a question in our in-app chat or contact form.

  • We never call our customers regarding their personal accounts. If you have a business account, please check for more information here.

  • We will never reach out to you in a private message on social media.

  • We never communicate with customers through third parties.
