Unlock the power of 'visible profile' on Vivid Money! When you enable this feature, you become visible to fellow Vivid Money customers, enhancing your experience in sending money transfers!

If you give us this permission, a Vivid icon will appear next to your number in other customers’ contact lists within the Vivid app. This means that other Vivid customers who have your phone number in their contact books can identify you as a Vivid user. Additionally, your profile photo will be displayed to other clients, for example in their contact lists or various shared banking activities, including transfers.

Navigate to the profile section in the app and tap on “Privacy” to activate this exciting feature. Once turned on, your name and photo will be displayed in the contact lists of fellow Vivid customers.
