You can close any of your cards (physical or virtual) by following these steps:
Access the Pockets tab
Scroll down to the “Your cards” section
Tap on the card you don’t need any longer
Choose “Freeze”
Tap “Delete”
Please keep in mind that once a card is deleted, it cannot be used. In case you require an additional card for your Vivid Money account in the future, you will need to order a new card. Check here the types of cards we offer.
