You have two easy ways to add your Vivid cards (whether virtual or physical) to Apple Pay:
Through the Vivid Money app by following these steps:
Access the card details screen.
Tap on the “Add to Apple Pay” button.
Follow the in-app instructions.
Through the Wallet app from your iOS device by following these steps:
Open the Wallet app and tap “+”.
Choose “Debit or Credit Card”.
Scan the card with your phone or input the card details manually.
Keep in mind that you’ll need to verify your Vivid card, either through the Vivid app or via SMS.
Ensure you link your card to any additional devices you plan to use for making payments with your Vivid account to enjoy seamless transactions across all your devices.
Did you block your card? If you just froze your card in the Vivid app, you can use it again with Apple Pay as soon as you unfreeze it.
For security purposes, we only display partial card numbers for physical cards. Therefore, you can manually add your virtual card via the Wallet app. To add your physical card, simply use the Vivid app for a seamless experience.
