When migrating to our new entity (as we separate from Solaris SE), you’ll need to share your information with Vivid Money S.A. for identification purposes for the creation of your new account. This might include your photo, audio or video samples from your previous verification, as well as .pdf documents to our identification provider, Veriff. If there are any remaining details to be provided, you may also be requested to submit them.
Throughout the migration process, you'll need to accept the Terms and Conditions of your new account with Vivid Money S.A. If you have an Invest and/or Interest Rate Pocket, it's necessary to accept the updated Terms and Conditions for these products. You can access the Terms and Conditions for all our services here for your convenience.
If you hold assets in your Crypto Pocket or funds in your Invest and/or Interest Rate Pocket, it's essential to finalise the migration process by the specified deadline provided in the termination email(s) sent separately. By successfully completing the migration, you'll ensure a continuous access to these features within your new Vivid account. However, failure to meet the deadline will result in the liquidation of your positions.
