Vivid Money S.A., an Electronic Money Institution incorporated and authorized in Luxembourg, provides the electronic money accounts available via the Vivid Money App, issues payment cards to you and provides payment services related to your card and the account, such as credit transfers and direct debits.

The investment services, such as Invest Pockets, Interest Account and Interest Rate Pockets, are offered by Vivid Money BV, which is licensed as an investment firm by the Dutch Authority for Financial Markets (AFM) to receive and transmit orders in financial instruments, such as stocks and ETFs, of its customers to selected executing brokers and to provide certain ancillary services. These executing brokers will in turn be responsible for executing such orders they have received from Vivid Money BV to the relevant stock exchanges or other trading venues. You can place your orders for financial instruments in the Invest Pocket or money market funds in the Interest Rate Pocket. Any proceeds received from sell orders will go to your Invest Cash Pocket or Interest Rate Cash Pocket, which is also provided by Vivid Money BV.

Vivid Digital S.r.l is registered as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) with the Italian Organismo Agenti e Mediatori (OAM), the Bank of Spain, and the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). It provides digital currency services including buying and selling crypto in exchange for fiat money, exchange of crypto for another crypto (crypto swaps) and storage and safekeeping services of crypto.

Vivid Money GmbH is mainly an outsourcing service provider to Vivid Money S.A. and Vivid Money B.V, but it also provides - in its own name - your cashback program and the mobile application itself, as well as any other services on the app that are not directly related to one of the services mentioned here, such as the Shopper tab and the Invite a Friend programme and other marketing initiatives. Vivid Money GmbH also participated in the migration of the legacy Solaris accounts. Vivid Money GmbH doesn’t provide bank or payment accounts, nor payment or investment services in its own name.
