As part of setting up your Vivid account, you’ll need to complete an identity verification check. This is a standard step in our onboarding process to keep your account secure and to comply with regulatory requirements.

During verification, you’ll be guided through each step, including taking a selfie alongside your identity document. This ensures that your identity is confirmed quickly and securely.

If you encounter any issues during the process, for example, trouble enabling your camera, you can refer to the guide below for assistance.

To complete your verification, the app needs access to your camera. If camera access is disabled, please follow the steps below to enable it on your device:

For iOS

For Android

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.

  2. Tap a hardware feature, such as Camera, Bluetooth, Local Network, or Microphone.

  3. Tap camera. The list shows the apps that you can enable to use your camera. You can turn permission on or off for Vivid on the list.

For location, camera, and microphone permissions, you may be able to choose:

  1. All the time:

  2. Allow only while using the app: The app can use the permission only when you're using that app.

  3. Ask every time: Every time you open the app, it'll ask to use the permission. It can use the permission until you’re done with the app.

  1. On your device, open the Settings app.

  2. Tap Apps.

  3. Tap the Vivid app in the list. If you can't find it, tap See all apps.

  4. To change the permission setting, tap camera, then choose Allow.
