With Vivid, your statements are just a few taps away. Through the Vivid app you can access and request your statements following these steps:
In the top left corner access your Profile by clicking on the cogwheel.
Tap on “Documents”.
Under Vivid Money SA, you can select “Account Statement”, “Account Details” or “Statement of fees”.
At the bottom of the page, click “Request a new statement”.
From here you can select any timeframe, pocket and for your desired language.
That’s it, now you have your statement or trade confirmation in PDF form!
Click on the relevant links if you need a statement or report for your Interest Rate, Invest or Crypto pockets.
