With Vivid, your statements are just a few taps away. Through the Vivid app you can access and request your statements following these steps:
Tap on “Profile” > “Documents”
Choose “Account statements” under the “Currency” section.
Do you need a full month statement? Tap on the particular month from the list and choose the pocket for which you want the statement.
Do you need a statement for a specific period of time? We got you covered! Tap “Order statement” and select the range of time you need. Tap the “Confirm period” button and select the pocket for which you want the statement.
That’s it, now you have your statement or trade confirmation in PDF form!
