What documents are available?
In the Vivid app, you can easily create a trade confirmation document.
How can I access it?
Follow the steps below to download the relevant report:
In your Vivid app, go to your Profile in the top left corner
Click ‘Documents’
Under the ‘Crypto’ section you can click on ‘Trade confirmation’
You will see any previously created reports or, at the bottom, click ‘Request a new statement’
Select the pocket you wish to create the report for
Select the time period
Select the language
Finally, click ‘Request a new statement’ and the new report will be generated usually within a few seconds and appear straight away for you to view and download
