Can I opt out of a plan bundle after I’ve paid for it?
You can downgrade your plan at any time from the plans section in your profile. If you wish to downgrade before the end of the paid period and wish to receive a partial refund, please contact our Support team via chat.
Please note that if the full bundle period is not used, the discount does not apply, and only unused months will be refunded. If more than half of the current month has passed at the time of your request to downgrade, we will count it as a full month used. Thus, the refund will be calculated by deducting the full regular monthly price for each month used from the amount you originally paid.
Here's an example of how the refund would be calculated:
You bought a 6-month Plus subscription 25 days ago.
The cost for 1 month is €6.90 (the regular monthly price)
The total you originally paid was €29.40 (€4.90 as a discounted price for 6 months)
We subtract the cost of the used month (€6.90 since it is more than half the month) from the amount you paid
The sum effectively looks like this: €29.40 - €6.90 = €22.50
You receive a refund of €22.50
