Yes, from time to time, because of corporate actions such as delistings, the brokers, trading platforms or exchanges that Vivid work with may no longer support trading for certain instruments. As a result, a stock, coin, or Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) may become unavailable for trading in the catalogue and as long as a certain restriction is in place, you won’t be able to purchase it.

Furthermore, at Vivid, we're committed to enhancing our product and ensuring a positive investment experience. As part of this commitment, we regularly assess our catalogue and make adjustments, which may result in the delisting of specific coins, stocks, or ETFs from our platform.

Before we remove any product from our offering, we’ll notify you well in advance via email. Each delisting or portfolio change can be different, so please review such emails carefully for detailed instructions and timelines.

Fractional Shares

Sometimes the brokers, trading platforms or exchanges we work with may impose trading restrictions on fractions, while still supporting trading of whole shares. In such a case, if you hold fractional shares of any of the affected instruments, we’ll perform the sale of these fractions on your behalf. Please remember that you are able to sell any whole share you may hold autonomously, at any time and do not need to wait for Vivid to sell the fractional shares for you before proceeding.
