Where is Vivid available?

Currently you can create a Vivid account if you reside in Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain or Switzerland and if you’ve got an accepted document to verify your identity. Read more about our verification process here.

Where can I download the app?

The Vivid app is available in the Apple Store and Google Play Store.

If you live in one of the countries mentioned above and you can’t download the app, it’s possible that your App store’s region is set to a country we don’t yet support. Follow the instructions to change your settings for the Google Play Store here and for the Apple Store here.
