We may delist a crypto-asset in different scenarios, for example:
Our liquidity provider, broker, exchange or custodian stops supporting it.
A new law, regulation, or direct order from a financial authority requires us to do so.
We decide to do so for strategic or risk‑management reasons.
An external event outside our control (e.g. blockchain failure, trading halt) makes continued support impossible.
A crucial service partnership ends and the crypto-asset cannot be supported elsewhere.
What happens during a crypto‑asset delisting?
Notice – We will email you with the delisting date.
Buying disabled – From that moment you cannot buy further positions in that crypto-asset or initiate swaps involving that coin.
Grace period – You can still sell the relevant crypto-asset until the date indicated by us.
After the deadline – If you have not sold the crypto-asset during the grace period, Vivid will sell any remaining position automatically at market price. The proceeds of this sale will be credited to your main pocket.
Although we do our best to inform our customers as soon as possible, if law, regulation or an unforeseeable event requires immediate action, we may close positions without prior notice.
Where can I see the current list of supported crypto‑assets?
By clicking on your Crypto Pocket or Crypto Earn Pocket in the Vivid app, you can then explore all the crypto-assets available for crypto trading or staking.
