The prices that you see on the pocket screen are taken from our partners. On the coin screen you’ll find the mid-price between the bid and ask. However, when you purchase cryptocurrency, you’ll be presented with the approximate buy price. Likewise, when you sell cryptocurrency, you’ll be presented with the approximate sell price.

Please note that when you place an order, we execute it based on the current market prices from the exchanges. Although we calculate these prices with precision, they are not guaranteed until the order is executed, and we do not impose any additional spreads.

For all types of orders, the exact full amounts will be available to check in the operations timeline after execution. Please note that the execution price depends on the market volatility at the time of order execution (so-called slippage).

Additionally, the majority of cryptocurrency services stream their prices in USD, but in our pocket you will find prices in EUR. Differences in prices on other exchanges may be due to this currency exchange rate.

Buy Orders

When placing a buy order, you can set an exact amount of money to spend on buying coins, but we can only provide an estimate of how many coins you’ll receive.

However, we can guarantee that you will spend the exact amount of money shown on the order screen. If you set your order in terms of the number of coins, that number still won’t be guaranteed. Instead, we will calculate the exact amount of money you will spend on this purchase.

This is why you will always see the approximate sign (~) next to the number of coins you will receive after the purchase. For example, if you set an order for ~0.01 BTC, the actual amount may vary, and you might see something like 0.0099 BTC after execution.

Sell Orders

When you place a sell order (including Stop Loss and Take Profit), you can set how many coins you want to sell, but we will show you an approximate amount of Euro you will receive.

If you set your order based on the amount of Euro you wish to receive, that amount still won’t be guaranteed. Instead, we will calculate the exact number of coins that would be sold to get to the specified amount.

This is why you will always see the approximate sign (~) next to the amount of money you will receive after the sale. For example, if you set an order to sell BTC for ~€5,000, you might see something like €4,995 after execution.

Swaps

When placing a swap order (including Target Price swaps), you can select an exact number of coins to be swapped, but we can only provide an approximate amount of the other coin you will receive after the order is executed.
