You can close your Crypto Pocket at any time. To do so, please follow the instructions below:
Sell your crypto-assets
1. In your Crypto Pocket, click on each of your crypto-assets
2. At the bottom, click the ‘Sell’ button
3. You can then manually enter the amount or simply click the ‘Sell all’ button
All done! The crypto-assets are converted into EUR and transferred to your main pocket. If you have multiple crypto-assets, make sure to repeat the process for all of them.
Please note: If the balance of any of your crypto-assets is under 0.01 EUR, it will not be possible to sell them. If you close the pocket while the balance is under 0.01 EUR, the pocket will be closed and the remaining balance will be absorbed.
Delete the pocket
1. Once the balance of your Crypto Pocket is zero, you can click the Cogwheel in the top right corner
2. Click the ‘Delete Pocket’ button at the bottom of the screen
3. Acknowledge that if you have a balance of less than 0.01 EUR, this balance will not be sold and transferred to your main pocket.
That is all! The pocket is now closed and you don’t need to do anything else!
