At Vivid, two sets of spending and withdrawal limits (monthly and daily) apply:
Monthly limits per account holder. Your monthly cash withdrawal limit extends up to €5,000 and you can make online/offline card purchases up to €30,000 each month. Your monthly total limit for all card transactions is set at €30,000.
Daily limits (within a 24-hour period) per account holder. Your daily withdrawal limit extends up to €2,000 and you can make online/offline card purchases of up to €10,000 within a 24-hour period. Your daily total limit for all card transactions is set at €10,000.
Can I control my expenses?
Yes, you’re in charge of your card spending with customisable monthly limits with Vivid. Easily set your limits by accessing the app, selecting your card and tapping 'Select limit' to ensure you stay within budget. Please note that the limits you set cannot exceed the maximum amounts mentioned above.
If you ever need to remove or reset your limit, simply tap 'Set limit' in the 'Monthly limit' section, clear the previous value and confirm 'Set no limits' for total flexibility.
